淡清雅波灰蝶 Jamides Celeno (Danqingyapo Huidie)
Jamides Celeno butterflies (Danqingyapo Huidie) generally live from the plains all the way up to the low- and medium-elevation mountain regions. These butterflies are one of the largest Lampides boeticus in Taiwan – about 2.8 to 4cm when both wings are opened out. The color of the male's wings is light water-blue where the female's wings have more black-brown stripes; female's body build is bigger than that of the male. These butterflies' abdomens have wavy lines (white-brown for males and white for females), the tip of the anuses have black spots with red rims.
